我公司生产的DK77系列电火花线切割机床，型号齐全，结构合理，刚性好、精度高，高档机床采用精密滚动直线导轨，高立柱选配电动升降调整导轮跨距，生产的摇摆式大锥度系列机床配有电极丝恒张力机构，并生产半封闭式环保机床。钼丝直径范围Φ0.12mm-Φ0.18mm（钼丝直径大于Φ0.18mm可需定制），最大加工速度大于100mm2/min，最佳表面粗糙度≤Ra2.5μm。具体参数见附后技术参数表。
Our DK series of CNC WIRE ELECTRICAL-DISCHARGE MACHINES have
the following advantages:Whole range of different types,reasonable
construction,high rigidity,and good maching accuracy.Precision
rolling linear guide rail are adopted for top grade machines.For
high vertical column machines electrical up and down motion
is used for adjustment of space between two guide wheels.Our
swinging type large taper series of machines are equipped with
constant tensioning devices for wire electrode.Half enclosed
enviroment protecting machines are also manufactured in our
company.The range of molybdenum wire is Ф0.12mm to Ф0.18mm(Special
type>Ф0.18mm is ordered by customer).The max machining speed
is 100mm2/mm.The finest roughness is Ra2.5.μm. |
